Terms of Use

Last updated 25 September 2026

Draft — pending review by counsel. This text describes how Crush actually works today; the final legal wording is being reviewed before launch.

These terms are between you and Thinking Fish Ltd (United Kingdom), which runs Crush. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

Who can join

Your content

You're responsible for what you post and send. You keep ownership of your photos and messages and give us the permission we need to store them and show them to the people you choose to share them with. Photos sent in chat carry a Crush watermark. Photos that show explicit content aren't allowed on profiles; chat photos that may contain nudity are blurred until the recipient chooses to view them.

Safety

You can report or block anyone at any time. We review every report, may warn, suspend or remove accounts that break our Community Guidelines, and tell you the reasons for any decision about your account or your report. If you're in danger, call 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU or 911 in the US.

Invites

Approved members can invite friends with their own invite code. You're responsible for who you share it with. We may pause or withdraw a code that's being misused.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time (Settings, Privacy & data). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

The service

Crush is free to use today. We work to keep it available and safe but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted, or guarantee how other members behave. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: support@crushdating.app.
