Common questions

How do I get an invite?

Ask a friend who's already on Crush for their invite code — it's under Profile, "Your invite code". Crush is opening in the United Kingdom first; elsewhere, join the waiting list in the app.

My profile is under review

A real person checks every profile, usually within a day. You'll get a notification when it's done.

My profile was declined

You can ask for a second review within 7 days from the app. It goes to a different reviewer.

New phone or new number

On a new phone, tap "Already a member? Sign in" and use the same number. If your number has changed, email us from the app's Report a problem, or at the address above.

Report someone

In the chat, tap ••• then Report. Reports are confidential. If you're in danger right now, call 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU or 911 in the US.
